Each capsule contains approximately 165mg of broad spectrum extract containing 15mg of CBD, each capsule also contains Ginkgo Biloba. Directions: Swallow the capsule whole, do not chew or suck them. Take one capsule to obtain a dosage of 15mg CBD. This dose can be repeated as needed, up to a maximum dose of 70mg of CDB or the max RDA for the other active ingredients.
